1. You may want to use something other than default Photoshop brushes for the lamp and the moon in order to give it more definition and substance.
2. The formation of the stars as little five pointed polygons doesn't seem to suit the overall mood of the piece, perhaps simple dots with minute rays coming off of them may be more advantageous to the piece.
3. The texturing of the water and of the other areas of the piece are really good and quite impressive. The landmass on the upper left however, still has the obvious touch of a Photoshop filter to it, you may want to remedy this in order for it to blend better with the rest of the piece.
